EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is used to help you heal from trauma, it can be a recent or years old memory, by reducing the intensity of the traumatic memory. EMDR is highly effective and our clinicians have gone through additional and rigorous training to learn and master this technique. Dr. Kelly is certified in EMDR and a consultant in training for EMDR (which means that she has additional advanced training on top of the standard EMDR training, has performed over 300 hours of EMDR sessions, and upon completion of her consultation hours will be able to provide education and expertise to other EMDR clinicians to enhance their skills and/or become certified EMDR therapists).
