Our approach.
At Kelly & Associates, we are a LGBT+ inclusive and diverse practice and will gladly see anyone 19 years of age and older seeking services regardless of race, gender, sexual identity, size, or religion. We specialize in the treatment of trauma and use EMDR and Internal Family Systems therapy in our practice. We are a weight-neutral practice and utilize the ideologies of Health at Every Size when treating disordered eating and size-related traumas.

Can’t make it into the office? No worries – we’ve got you covered with teletherapy in Nebraska or in Kansas.
