Stepping into therapy can feel intimidating, especially when life’s pressures start to pile up. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, performance demands, body image concerns, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the demands of daily life, you don’t have to carry it alone. I work with college students, athletes, and those with performance anxiety who want a space to slow down, breathe, and talk through the things that have started to feel too heavy to hold by themselves. I provide an affirming and inclusive space for clients of all races, sexualities, gender identities and backgrounds. I take a holistic, non-judgmental approach to therapy, meeting clients where they are. I specialize in working with anxiety, body image concerns, disordered eating patterns, and performance-related stress to improve quality of life.
I believe the problems we avoid often grow heavier over time, impacting our relationships, our confidence, and our ability to show up fully in our lives. Therapy offers a place to set those things down, explore them with honesty, and find healthier ways to cope. I aim to create a safe, honest, and comfortable environment where you can be yourself. I incorporate warmth, authenticity, and especially humor, because therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or clinical. I believe people are capable of meaningful change when they have courage, support, and a therapist who genuinely cares. Growth happens when we work together and you’re willing to show up for yourself in the process.
